2. PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE These Terms govern access to, registration with and use of KUMILIKE. By creating an account, the user accepts these Terms. The Privacy Policy is presented separately and explains how personal data is processed.
3. AGE AND CAPACITY KUMILIKE requires users to be at least 18 years old to create a personal account. Where applicable law requires a higher age or additional conditions, that law prevails. Organization accounts must be created and managed by a person with sufficient authority to act for the organization.
4. ACCOUNTS AND IDENTITY Account information must be accurate and the account must remain under the control of its holder. Impersonation, deceptive accounts, use of another person's credentials and circumvention of security, suspension or blocking measures are prohibited. Users are responsible for protecting their password and verification methods.
5. ACCOUNT TYPES AND FEATURES Features may differ by account type. Personal accounts may access social and creator features not available to organizations. Organization accounts receive only the functions enabled for that profile. Features may evolve for technical, safety, regulatory or product reasons.
6. USER CONTENT AND RIGHTS Users retain the rights they hold in content they publish. By publishing content, the user grants KUMILIKE a non-exclusive worldwide licence, limited to the time and purposes necessary to host, technically adapt, distribute and display that content to operate the service in accordance with the selected privacy settings. The licence ends when content is removed from active systems, subject to technical copies, legal duties or legitimate retention of content shared by others.
7. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT KUMILIKE may not be used for unlawful activities or conduct that puts others at risk. Prohibited areas include sexual exploitation or abuse, human trafficking, illegal drugs, weapons, serious violence or threats, unlawful or violent recruitment, tobacco and nicotine, alcohol, promotion or trading of crypto-assets where prohibited by platform rules, fraud, scams, impersonation, harassment, unlawful hate, exploitation of minors and other unlawful content. Additional rules may apply to advertising and promotions.
8. MODERATION AND SAFETY KUMILIKE may use human review and automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to detect abuse, fraud, prohibited content and safety risks. Measures may include reduced visibility, removal, feature restrictions, temporary blocking or account suspension. Where applicable, users will receive the main reason for a measure and available review options.
9. REPORTS AND COMPLAINTS Users may report content, accounts or conduct using in-product tools. Legal questions or complaints about moderation decisions may be sent to legal@kumilike.com. Abusive or fraudulent reports may themselves lead to restrictions.
10. COMMUNITIES, MESSAGING AND LIVE FEATURES Communities, messaging, posts, K-Flash, K-Shorts, K-Live and other features are subject to these Terms and any feature-specific rules. Some features are available only to personal accounts. Users remain responsible for content they publish, transmit or share.
11. PROMOTIONS AND PAID SERVICES When promotions or paid functions are available, price, taxes, duration and other legally required information will be shown before purchase. Content review rules continue to apply to promoted content.
12. KUMILIKE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY KUMILIKE's software, interface, design, logos, names and other proprietary elements are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to users.
13. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES KUMILIKE aims to keep the service available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades, changes and reasonable restrictions may occur. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated when required by law.
14. SUSPENSION, TERMINATION AND DELETION Users may stop using KUMILIKE and request account deletion through available mechanisms. KUMILIKE may suspend or restrict accounts for breaches, security risks, legal obligations or abusive use, subject to applicable safeguards.
15. LIABILITY Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. KUMILIKE is not responsible for user content where the law does not impose such responsibility, without prejudice to its duties regarding unlawful content and platform safety.
16. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union law. Consumers retain mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections granted by consumer law.
